Our Terms

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give our office a call with a minimum of  48 hour notice. This allows other guests the opportunity to book an appointment during this time slot.

Any appointments that are cancelled without 48 hour notice or you are a no show are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.  In addition to the $75 cancellation fee, the patient will lose their deposit as well.

If you miss an appointment and we did not hear from you at least 48 hours in advance, your appointment will be recorded as missed and a $75 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

We require a credit card to be saved on file to book your appointment and some services require a deposit to book.  Deposits can be used towards a service and are non-refundable.
